Advisory Services: Financial consultancy and corporate strategy.
Manpower Services: Staffing and human resource management.
2. Key Definitions
Lender/Business: Any financial organization, bank, or NBFC that has a loan-sanctioning agreement with PNMS Financial Services.
Credit: The funds disbursed by the lender to the user in accordance with the loan contract.
Outstanding Sum: The total amount, including principal, interest, and associated costs, that must be repaid.
User Information: All data provided by the client before and after utilizing our services.
3. Eligibility and Enrollment
To utilize PNMS Financial Services, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed on our platform.
User Account: You must register by providing accurate data, including your name, email, DOB, PAN card, and bank account numbers.
Data Authorization: By registering, you authorize PNMS Financial Services to access necessary data from third-party platforms and credit reporting agencies to evaluate your loan application.
Accuracy: It is your sole responsibility to ensure all submitted data is current and truthful.
4. Loan Application and Disbursement
Documentation: To expedite your loan, you must submit the necessary ECS/NACH authorization, checks, and income proof (such as 3-month bank statements).
Verification: Our agents may collect physical or digital signatures. Loans are disbursed only after the lender has reviewed and accepted these documents.
Repayment Obligations: You remain liable for any Outstanding Sum even if you deactivate your account or stop using the services.
5. Use Regulations and Prohibited Activities
To maintain a secure environment, users are strictly prohibited from:
Reproduction: Duplicating, selling, or exploiting any part of the website for commercial purposes.
Harmful Content: Transmitting viruses, malicious code, or unsolicited “spam” and “pyramid schemes”.
Offensive Material: Sharing content that is defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory based on race or ethnicity.
Fraud: Opening multiple accounts to fraudulently gain referral discounts or benefits.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
PNMS Financial Services retains full ownership and interest in all trademarks, designs, and intellectual property associated with the platform. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership rights over the platform or its services.
7. Termination and Liability
Termination: We reserve the right to stop offering services due to non-compliance, legal requirements, or license expiration.
Limitation of Liability: PNMS Financial Services and its officers will not be held accountable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
Limitation Period: Any legal claims resulting from the use of our services must be filed within one year of the incident or be permanently barred.
